When an aspirant contemplates with mind unwavering and free from all alternatives his whole body or the entire universe simultaneously as of the nature of consciousness, he experienses Supreme Awakening... "This contemplation should firstly be done with an unhesitating, unwavering mind free from all doubts and alternatives (nirvikalpena manasa). Secondly, it should be simultaneously, in one sweep (yugapat), not in succession, not in bits. 1. A yogi should cast his eyes in the empty space inside a jar. » ~ Shiva.
